Sauces are the gateway to so many meal options in the kitchen. Savoury and sweet sauces can be the focus of a meal, a subtle accent or a sultry topping for a simple dessert.
This class will offer you a grounding in the culinary basics of sauce making. There are some elementary rules to follow that once mastered will give you new confidence in the kitchen. On this occasion we will focus on mayonnaise, salsa, and custard each with their abilities to enhance a dish.
Join Romilla who will teach you her tips and tricks whilst chatting about the benefits of cooking from scratch. It’s all very relaxed and aimed at teaching you the simple, yet important things.
