Celebrated around the world, Biryani is known as the food of the royals and is thought to have been invented to provide balanced nutrition to the soldiers many years ago.
There are many different versions and variations of biryani, and this is what makes it unique. Join Sasi to make her version of Chicken Biriyani, the spices, chicken and rice all cooked together in the same pan bringing out the aroma and flavours to tantalise your tastebuds. You will cook this one pot rice dish from scratch along with a number of delicious accompaniments.

- Chicken Varuval – a delicious and aromatic preparation of roast chicken
