Event Time:
11:00 am
Event Location:
Honesty Cookery School
Honesty Cookery School are delighted to be taking part in Astounding Inventions as part of a week of events celebrating British history run by Heritage Open Days in conjunction with The National Trust.
Our series continues with a talk on the origins of bread by real bread enthusiast and Honesty founder Romilla Arber, which will include a demonstration on her preferred breadmaking method and then a tasting of a variety of breads produced by Honesty Bakery.
Why not stay to have lunch in our beautiful barn space at the cookery school? Lunch needs to be purchased in advance and can be booked through this page. This will be a seasonal, vegetarian soup served with a wedge of freshly baked bread and real butter, all produced by Honesty Bakers and Makers.
The talk and bread tasting is free to enter and must be booked through Winchester Heritage Open Days website. Booking opens on 9th August 2022
