Honesty Cookery School are delighted to be taking part in Astounding Inventions as part of a week of events celebrating British history run by Heritage Open Days in conjunction with The National Trust.

Honesty have long collaborated with Birchall Teas and are delighted that they have agreed to share their wealth of knowledge on the production of tea over the centuries, along with hints and tips on creating the perfect cuppa. There will be samples of their delicious teas provided for tasting.

Why not stay to have tea and scones in our beautiful barn space at the cookery school? The cream tea needs to be purchased in advance and can be booked through this page. This will include a pot of Birchall Tea, and a scone with Honesty strawberry jam and clotted cream, all produced by Honesty Bakers and Makers.

The talk and tea tasting is free to enter and must be booked through Winchester Heritage Open Days website. Booking opens on 9th August 2022.
