If you are interested in pasta making and are keen to learn how to successfully add a filling then this is the course for you.
Discover the great classical tradition of Italian cooking as you join Mariella Bliss on her advanced pasta making class. You will begin with with an easy tagliatelle but quickly move onto filled pasta: ravioli, mezzelune, tortelloni, learning to shape and use a number of different fillings. The course will include Mariella’s recipe for ‘pansoti all Genovese’ an intriguing dough made with white wine, filled with fresh herbs and dressed with a delicious walnut sauce. She will soon having you cooking like a nonna!
This course will include the use of naturally gluten free flours like chickpea, chestnut and pea flour.
All abilities welcome. 8 people maximum.
