Our popular Indian tutor, Sasi Krishnan, takes you on a tour of India introducing a range of traditional dishes with enticing flavours.
You will learn to cook:
- Chicken Cafreal – a popular Goan dish made with fresh spices and herbs.
- Kadai Paneer – a delicious semi-dry curry made with Indian cheese (paneer), green peppers and freshly pounded spices.
- Gobi Paratha – a flatbread made with wholemeal flour and cauliflower stuffing.
- Shirkhand – a fragrant and light pudding made with saffron yoghurt
8 people maximum. All abilities welcome.
