Ozlem returns to Honesty with a course based on age-old recipes from Ancient Anatolia. Prepare to have your taste buds indulged with the vibrant and aromatic flavour combinations of this region unique in taste and texture.
This type of food is perfect for entertaining:
- Topalak Corbasi – Mini meatballs and chickpeas in creamy soup, seasoned with mint and lemon
- Cevizli Kabak – Carrot and courgette dip flavoured with dill and walnuts
- Balli Mahmudiye – Honey chicken with saffron, almond and apricots served on orzo pilaf
- Pekmezli Muska – Filo pastry pockets filled with almonds, walnuts and cinnamon, soaked in lemon syrup and served with cream and mulberry molasses
