In Italy hardly a meal is served without pasta, it is the most important part of a meal. Join Mariella to discover the delights of making fresh egg Tagliatelle from scratch but also the less known water based Orecchiette, Trofie and Fusilli perfect for vegetarians and vegans. Learn how to add colour to your pasta and fill ravioli while Mariella tells the story of the perfect combinations of pasta shapes and sauces.
Your course will culminate in a meal of fresh pasta and sauces that you will learn to prepare.
