In this class you will learn to make fresh pasta and take a culinary tour of Italy’s most delicious pesto and sauce recipes. Mariella will demonstrate how a few simple, well chosen ingredients can produce a delicious sauce to accompany your pasta. You will never be short of sauce ideas again !
