A course that could change your life!
We will explore, what to eat, how to cook, how food makes you feel and how you can start to lead a more active life. The end result, we hope will mean you have a better relationship with food and a happier, healthier life. This will take place over the year with close contact, help and support throughout. It will be fulfilling and it will be rewarding and fun.
The course will tackle our poor relationship with food and put to bed the food and diet myths that lie behind poor food choices and our uneasy relationship with food. The sessions will be made up of open forums, discussions, cookery tutorials and personal one to ones. These will take place in 10 sessions over the year all based in our welcoming cookery school setting.
We will also be looking at how we can become more active, and all participants will have individual exercise plans worked out for them with a personal trainer, who will be available face to face, in the first instance, and then remotely throughout the weeks and months to come. Achievable goals will be set and regular meetings in the cookery school will allow you to revisit areas that you are unsure about, seek advice and chat through concerns.
