Honesty Cookery School
Our popular Indian tutor, Sasi Krishnan, continues her tour of India introducing us to more of the enticing flavours that India has to offer.
You will learn to cook:
- Palak or Paneer Chicken – a classic Indian dish made with chicken or paneer and spinach
- Naan bread – this leavened Indian flatbread is usually cooked in a tandoor but Sasi will show you how to produce these pillowy breads in your own kitchen
- Kachumber salad – a delicious staple that pairs well with any Indian dish
This course can be made suitable for vegetarians by selecting paneer rather than chicken. Please state which option you would like to select in the notes section when you book onto the course.
8 people maximum. All abilities welcome.
