We are delighted to welcome back acclaimed food writer and chef, Ursula Ferrigno to teach another of her mouth watering courses revealing the secrets of the little known cuisine of Sardinia.
Sardinians are so unbelievably generous and hospitable and their land so beautiful, such a rich varied landscape, their food evokes the simplicity of a remote past that makes it so undeniably delicious, however it provokes strong emotions that you will never forget.
The menu will include:
Carta di musica – Whisper thin crisp and crunchy discs of bread.
Pesce con fregula – Sardinian fish stew
Ceci alla zafferano – Chickpea and vegetables with saffron
Torta di fichi – Fig and orange rosemary and olive oil cake
Recipes to treasure – either used individually or put together as a delicious meal for family and friends.
