Honesty Cookery School
Learn to bake delicious Sourdough breads with Mariella Bliss, a tutor ready to share her many years experience in baking, troubleshooting and teaching all things sourdough.
This hands on course will give you an intuitive understanding of what sourdough is, how it works and how to do it at home. We will also cover how to make your own sourdough starters, the secrets to making sourdough bread, simple shaping techniques and why sourdough is the healthy bread option.
During the day you will get very sticky and floury as you learn how to bake a variety of sourdough products – this course is hands on!
Lunch and refreshments during the day are all included. You will have lots of freshly baked bread and other sourdough products to take home, as well as a pot of sourdough starter, full course notes and recipes.
Maximum 5 people. All abilities welcome.
