Japanese food is renowned for being as healthy as it is delicious so we were delighted to be able to welcome Yukiko to the cookery school to teach you how to make your own authentic and beautifully presented sushi dishes. From the correct way to make sushi rice, Japanese seaweed stock and miso soup to excellent rolling technique, Yukiko will lead you through the basics of making perfect sushi, offering useful hints and tips on the way.
You will have 3 different types of sushi rolls to take home and a pot of miso soup. Plenty for you to enjoy and some to share with your family and friends.
