We are delighted to welcome back Rachel Grenville-Hunt of Rachel’s Apron to demonstrate the simplicity of producing your own sweet treats at home. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds you will learn to make a variety of chocolate truffles and sweet fruit bonbons.
Rachel will teach you how to make the perfect chocolate ganache, the base of all classic truffles, as well as a few other less traditional truffle and bonbon bases. Then you’ll be able to let your creative skills rip as you choose your decorations and toppings to produce your perfect combination.
After a morning of mixing, dipping, and sprinkling you’ll go home with plenty of sweet treats to show off and share with your loved ones. The perfect course for a delicious hand crafted Christmas or any time you fancy a treat!
