The farmhouse tin loaf is part of our traditional range.

The farmhouse loaf originated as a wholemeal loaf in the 1870s and 1880s as a health reaction to the increasing popularity of the white loaf. Even then medical writers and dieticians were lamenting the decline in the nutritional quality of over processed white bread flour. Now it is made with white, wholemeal and malted flour. It is super for beans on toast.

Ingredients:
Malthouse flour, Water, White bread flour, Yeast (fresh block), Salt
Allergens:
Contains gluten
