Starting and building a food business is no easy feat. In 11 years Honesty has grown from a pub and cookery school to a business with 13 sites. Managing the food offering is part of the business I love, helping to draft the menus in the restaurant and developing new products for retail and wholesale is a dream job for me.

For a while I have felt that our food offering in the coffee shops has drifted and to be perfectly honest I have felt that it is not as good as it could be.

In early December I got the management team together and said that I wanted to replace the entire offering. Freshen it up, improve the ingredients and the end taste and appeal of the products.

So that is what we have done. We have improved our fresh and toasted sandwich fillings. Customers have asked for salads all year round so that is what we have done. They are now full of fresh, nourishing ingredients. We have introduced a hot bowl and a wider range of soups. We have also added empanadas and a chicken bun to the range. We hope you like what we have done. Lunch doesn’t have to be dull and unhealthy - I think we have shown that with this range.

The new range is available across all of our locations from Monday 16th February.
