Honesty Click & Collect Shop


At Honesty, we care deeply about the quality of the food we make and the experience you have with us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Perishable Items


Due to the nature of our freshly made products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable goods. However, if a product arrives in poor condition or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of collection. We’ll do our best to put things right—whether that’s offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

Non-Perishable Items


For non-perishable goods such as preserves, sauces, and cookbooks, you may return unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of collection for a full refund or exchange. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue


To speak to us about a return or refund, simply email info@honestygroup.co.uk or call us on 01635 552025. Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo, if applicable

Refund Timeframes


Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


Collection Errors


If you collect the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a quick resolution from your local Honesty shop.
