Pasta Workshop: Fresh Tagliatelle and Neapolitan Lasagne to take home

Start with simple ingredients: flour and eggs and transform them into simple or herb laminated tagliatelle and fusilli to be enjoyed at lunch time with a simple sauce or seasonal pesto made by you.
Later you will layer up a classic Neapolitan lasagne hearty, celebratory, and proudly southern. This version features layers of rich tomato sauce, plenty of small meatballs (polpettine), ricotta, mozzarella, Parmigiano and basil creating a vibrant and indulgent dish to enjoy at home later .
