You will learn to cook:
- Tepsi guveci – Traybake chicken, seasonal vegetables and pulses with oregano in a rich garlic tomato and sauce
- Sumakli arpacik pilavi – Sumac and carrots tangy orzo pilaf
- Haydari – Creamy yoghurt dip topped with mint infused olive oil and crunchy walnuts
- Fattous – fresh salad with toasted pitta and lemon tahini dressing
- Kaymakli Kayisi – Fragrant poached dried apricots in light syrup with clotted cream and walnuts
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
