As the world’s largest archipelago it takes influences from India, China, the Middle East, and Europe, particularly the Dutch. Indonesia eagerly adopted the chilli introduced by Spanish traders and thus many dishes are spicy or accompanied by hot sambals. Get ready to explore iconic dishes such as chicken and pineapple curry and pork cakes with chilli as you get hands on to prepare an Asian banquet.
