Breads & Buns: Festive Edition

Join Mariella Bliss for a hands-on breadmaking class and discover how simple ingredients can be transformed into delicious homemade breads.

Together we’ll make a selection of loaves, focaccia and filled rolls while learning simple key techniques for mixing, shaping and baking with confidence at home.

For this special festive edition, we’ll also create two seasonal favourites: a beautiful pull-apart Pizza Star, perfect for sharing with family and friends, and Cardamom Buns, a wonderful treat for the winter months.
