For too long British food was considered to be stodgy, bland and uninspiring. Nowadays however British chefs are revisiting and elevating classic British dishes using locally sourced ingredients combined with elegant presentation. This resurgence is in part driven by the desire for the comfort and nostalgia of the food of our childhoods. In this class we celebrate a selection of the old favourites with a modern twist. Come and join us as we explore the best of cuisine à la Blighty.
