In this hands - on class, you'll learn to prepare a traditional South Indian menu made without onion or garlic. Using everyday ingredients, balanced spices and traditional cooking methods, you'll create a wholesome meal that is full of flavour. Rarely found on UK restaurant menus, these authentic home - style dishes are simple to recreate and perfect for everyday cooking.

You will learn to cook:

  • Mor Kuzhambu with Vendakkai
  • Raw Banana Roast
  • Paruppu Thogayal
  • Sweet Aval (South Indian Pudding)

Served with steamed rice.

For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
