Following on from our sold out Just Desserts Summer Edition class we are delighted to introduce a fresh set of recipes for the colder months. Using seasonal ingredients you will learn to master new pastry skills and the art of balancing sweet and savoury elements alongside hints and tips for beautifully presented desserts.
You will learn:
- Red velvet cheesecake brownies, chocolate sauce
- Chestnut profiteroles
- Individual “hot toddy” pavlovas
- Salted apple and ginger cobbler
After the class you will sit down and enjoy delicious lunch from Honesty with a tasty glass of wine.
