The combination of fresh herbs and spices coupled with a wide range of cooking techniques are what makes street food so compelling. Our recipes are all about amazing textures and flavours from the first bite to the last. You will learn to master the bold, complex flavour profiles, balancing sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and umami, that define authentic street-style cooking.
You will learn to cook:
- Fried ginger and soy chicken bao buns, chilli sauce, pickles
- Korean spicy crunchy tofu in sticky sauce
- Prawn cakes in lettuce cups, peanut chilli sauce
- Shumai open dumplings, sweet soy and lime dipping sauce
- Happy pancakes, honey soy pork, herbs
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
