Celebrate the abundance of the Italian harvest table in this hands-on seasonal class guided by Italian tutor Mariella Bliss.

Using the finest British autumn produce, you will prepare a generous menu inspired by regional Italian cooking.

You will learn:

  • Porcini mushroom sauce, rich and deeply flavoured
  • Sicilian sweet and sour squash caponata
  • Slow-roasted porchetta filled with fresh herbs
  • Vanilla panna cotta served with roasted pear and Vin Santo syrup

Throughout the class, Mariella will share techniques, flavour pairings and guidance on selecting seasonal ingredients, bringing together rustic warmth and refined Italian simplicity.

All abilities welcome.

For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
