This journey includes dishes regional specialities from Thailand and Indonesia
Andy will guide you through some of his favourite dishes from the vibrant food cultures of
South East Asia.
You’ll get chance to use a wide range of exciting ingredients and learn the key subtle art of
balancing the sweet, sour, salty and spicy tastes that characterise so much of South East Asian food. Andy will also share his hints and tips he’s picked up through living, cooking and eating in the region, all contributing to wonderful dishes you can cook at home.
