Join Andy Drake for a journey of exotic tastes, with a light summer menu from Vietnam and Thailand.
You’ll get chance to use a wide range of exciting ingredients and learn the key subtle art of balancing the sweet, sour, salty and spicy tastes that characterise so much of South East Asian food. Andy will also share his own learnings through living, cooking and eating in the region, all contributing to a wonderful eating and learning experience.
