recipes. Our dishes are light on preparation but big on flavour, healthy and satisfying- just
what you need after a hard day. In addition to cooking up a feast we’ll talk about planning
ahead, creative use of leftovers and time saving tips. Everything you need in fact to take the
stress out of weekday cooking.
You will learn to cook:
Chicken traybake, oregano, lemon and lardons
Asian spiced salmon, satay noodles
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart
Chicken and ginger fried rice, sesame seeds, spring onions, chilli oil
Roasted Greek meatballs, lemon potatoes
After the class you will enjoy fruits of your labour accompanied by delicious glass of wine.
