Celebrate Easter through the flavours, stories, and traditions of breads from around the world. Each loaf carries the symbols of spring, celebration, and family stories.
Together we will bake a collection of savoury and sweet Easter favourites while discovering the cultural roots behind each bake:
- Cardamom scented buns filled with a light cream, inspired by the beloved northern semlor
- Makovyi Rulet – a delicate Ukrainian brioche rolled and filled with poppy-seed, walnuts and apples.
- Neapolitan Casatiello – a savoury, crown bread enriched with cheese, salami and eggs ( vegetarian option available).
You’ll go home with a basket filled with seasonal beauties
Your culinary experience includes a delicious lunch , impeccably paired with a glass of fine wine.
