In this relaxed, hands-on class, we’ll prepare a small selection of delicious, shareable dishes designed to be made ahead or served at room temperature, so you can enjoy time at the table with your guests, not just in the kitchen.
Together, we’ll make and enjoy some of the following:
• A variety of light bruschetta with seasonal toppings or sauces
• Sartù di Riso, a magnificent but uncomplicated Neapolitan rice bake
• Melanzane a funghetto, aubergines and tomatoes, perfect as a side or pasta sauce
• Homemade focaccia, simple or filled for the occasion
• Roasted strawberry ice cream – a sweet and surprising finish
Perfect for those who love to cook for others with care and ease, this class is all about bringing people together through good food and relaxed Italian hospitality.
You will enjoy the fruits of your labour, impeccably paired with a glass of fine wine.
