confidence or achievable recipes. However fish is officially fabulous- it’s good for you, tasty
and so quick to cook. In this hands on class you will learn how to create delicious dishes like
a pro. There’ll be loads of hints and tips as we work our way through the recipes to give you
the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

Menu:
Mussels in coconut and lemongrass broth
Seafood chowder
Pan fried sea bass, crispy potatoes, salsa verde
King prawn linguine, prawn oil

After the class you will enjoy fruits of your labour accompanied by delicious glass of wine.
