Most of us want to incorporate more fish into our diets but are sometimes put off by a lack of confidence or achievable recipes. However fish is officially fabulous- it’s good for you, tasty and so quick to cook. In this hands-on class you will learn how to create delicious dishes like a pro. There’ll be loads of hints and tips as we work our way through the recipes to give you the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

• Mussels in coconut and lemongrass broth
• Seafood chowder
• Pan fried sea bass, crispy potatoes, salsa verde
• King prawn linguine, prawn oil

After the class you will enjoy fruits of your labour accompanied by delicious glass of wine.
