French baking is often considered to be difficult, renowned as it is for precision, endless patience and technique. Fear not! Our chef will demystify the classic techniques required to produce a variety of delicious classic bakes from chocolate and hazelnut choux buns all the way through to couronne- a delicious sweet enriched bread shaped like a crown. Soon you’ll be whipping up crème pâtissière and piping like a pro, with a selection of sweet treats to take home to share with your family and friends.
