You will learn to cook:
Chicken Cafreal – a popular Goan dish made with fresh spices and herbs.
Kadai Paneer – a delicious semi-dry curry made with Indian cheese (paneer), green peppers and freshly pounded spices.
Gobi Paratha – a flatbread made with wholemeal flour and cauliflower stuffing.
Shirkhand – a fragrant and light pudding made with saffron yoghurt
