Sasi’s classes are rooted in home - style recipes, Ayurvedic balance, and fresh ingredients. Whether you are looking to cook lighter, more nourishing meals or connect with authentic Indian culture, Sasi helps people turn cooking into joyful, meaningful experiences.

You will learn to cook:

Chicken Cafreal – a popular Goan dish made with fresh spices and herbs.

Kadai Paneer – a delicious semi-dry curry made with Indian cheese (paneer), green peppers and freshly pounded spices.

Gobi Paratha – a flatbread made with wholemeal flour and cauliflower stuffing.

Shirkhand – a fragrant and light pudding made with saffron yoghurt
