Join us for a hand-on middle Eastern cooking class celebrating one of the world’s most colourful and flavour rich cuisines. Learn how spices, herbs, grains and fresh ingredients come together to create food that is bold in flavour and rich in meaning.

Perfect for food lovers, cultural enthusiasts and anyone looking to add vibrant flavours and colours to their cooking repertoire.

You will learn to cook:  

  • Dukkah labne mezze - Labne with lemon, fresh green chillies topped with caramelized dates and dukkah- Egyptian spice mix.
  • Kibbeh - Bulgur and potato shell filled with spiced lamb mince and toasted walnuts served on the warm creamy tangy yoghurt sauce topped with red pepper tomato pine nuts salsa. 
  • Malfouf - shredded red and green cabbage, radish, carrots with mix fresh herbs and zesty and tangy sumac vinaigrette
  • Katmer - Pistachio cream filled filo pastry squares served with aromatic sherbet and fresh fruit
    For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
