As Mariella Bliss is passionate about her Neapolitan heritage she can not wait to share it with you. The class will make the dough from scratch, using very little yeast for the light flavoursome 'impasto'! This class will be full of authentic tips and ingredients. You will be making 3 different types of pizza: the round and soft Margherita cooked in our weed fired oven, your favourite crispy Roman one and, with leftover dough, pillowy Ciabatta.
One dough three or more 'breads'. No matter what oven you own you will succeed!

 

You will enjoy fruits of your labour, impeccably paired with a glass of fine wine.
