Pancake Day Special - Dosa Masterclass

Dosa also known as Dosai, is a traditional and popular South Indian

dish/pancakes - made with fermented lentil (black gram or urad dal) and rice

batter. The batter is spread like thin crepe on a hot griddle, cooked with

oil/butter/ghee, creating a golden, savoury and crispy crepe.

The joy of eating Dosa’s with chutney’s, sambar and potato masala is what

makes it yummylicious and is unparalleled.

Our tutor Sasi will be taking you through on a culinary delight tour, from

grinding the batter to making the Dosa’s and its accompaniments - Tiffin

Sambar, Potato masala, Coconut chutney, Onion and tomato chutney,

coriander chutney.

This course is part hands on and part cooking together, and at the end of the

session, you will be given ready to use batter to take home and enjoy with

family.
