Mariella is a skilled baker, and with her guidance, you’ll learn how to create an easy panettone-inspired brioche: soft, fragrant, and delicately flavoured with lemon and orange zest - just like the traditional Panettone, but without the days-long sourdough process.

In addition to the brioche, you’ll also make Amoretti biscuits using the leftover egg whites, and a silky mascarpone sauce - a light and creamy dessert element that adds elegance and pairs beautifully with the richness of the bread.

Your culinary experience includes a delicious lunch, impeccably paired with a glass of fine wine.
