Under Nandita’s guidance, you’ll begin with a lively Chatpatta Chicken Chaat, a zesty, spice-infused appetizer topped with her famous mint chutney - a family recipe that brings freshness and depth. The class then moves into the making of Daal Tarka, where you’ll learn how to simmer and season lentils to bring out their creamy texture and warming spices. To complete the meal, you’ll craft Punjabi homestyle whole-wheat paranthas, learning how to knead, roll, and pan - fry these flaky flatbreads to perfection, creating the ideal pairing for your daal.
