There’s something unique about sourdough. It is an ancient form of making bread using only three ingredients – water, salt and flour. Those ingredients can produce great breads; breads that nourish and taste truly amazing. Sourdough bread making is less about slavishly following recipes and more about using your instinct once you’ve understood the fundamentals of the process. Unlike other forms of bread making, sourdough baking uses wild yeast. Because it is a natural process, it is slower but a lot more satisfying and the bread is much better for you.
