Join Andy Drake for a journey of exotic tastes, with a range of beautifully balanced dishes from Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Highlighting the subtle differences between all three cuisines and they are dishes that will love to do at home.
You’ll get chance to use a wide range of exciting ingredients, herbs and spices that define food from South East Asia.
Andy will also share his hints and tips he’s picked up through living, cooking and eating in the region, all contributing to a day of yummy food and learning in a fun environment.
