Join Andy Drake for a journey of exotic tastes, with a range of beautifully balanced dishes from Thailand , Malaysia and Vietnam. You’ll get a chance to use a wide range of exciting ingredients, herbs and spices that define food from South East Asia. Andy will also share his hints and tips he’s picked up through living, cooking and eating in the region, all contributing to a day of yummy food and learning in a fun environment.
