Experience the rich and diverse flavours of South Indian comfort food through a menu
inspired by traditional recipes, each with it's own subtle regional variations. In this hands -on class, you will prepare Puli Kuzhambu, a traditional tamarind - based curry with shallots and drumstick, alongside a simple South Indian Chicken Fry, Mixed Vegetable Poriyal and a refreshing Kosambari. Along the way, you will learn the techniques, spice combinations and practical tips, giving you the confidence to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.
You will learn to cook:
- Puli Kuzhambu
- South Indian Chicken Fry
- Mixed Vegetable Poriyal (Traditional South Indian Vegetable Stir-fry)
- Kosambari
Served with steamed rice.
For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
