Spring Reset: A Reflective Wellbeing Workshop
Spring Reset: A Reflective Wellbeing Workshop
Hosted by Tamara Judge
Join Tamara a professional coach specialising in resilience, wellbeing and burnout prevention. For a calm half-day reflective workshop designed to help you pause, take stock and gently re-engage with what matters to you as spring approaches.
Shaped by the natural seasonal shift into longer days and increasing light, this workshop offers time and space to reflect on energy, focus and priorities, without pressure to change or do more. Drawing on evidence-based coaching and positive psychology, Tamara will guide you through a series of structured but accessible activities to support clarity, awareness and direction.
Through a mix of guided reflection, simple writing and visual mapping exercises. You’ll explore where you are right now, what feels important in this season of your life, and how you want to move into spring in a realistic and sustainable way. There will be opportunities for quiet thinking as well as optional conversation held in a relaxed low-pressure environment.
This workshop is not therapy and not a productivity session. It’s a thoughtfully held pause; ideal for anyone feeling busy, stretched or slightly out of sync. Aimed at those who would value time to reflect and reconnect.
You’ll leave the session with:
-
A clearer understanding of how seasonal change can affect your energy, focus and motivation
-
Space to reflect on where you are right now and what matters most in this season
-
A small number of priorities or intentions for spring, shaped in a realistic and sustainable way
-
Simple practices you can return to when life feels busy or out of balance
All materials will be provided, and a 30-minute lunch break is included as part of the session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring layers, as we may open doors or windows depending on the weather.
You will enjoy a tasty lunch from Honesty, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
