Born in Naples and raised partly in the village of Scala near Ravello, Mariella brings the flavours and traditions of the Amalfi Coast to life. Her warmth and enthusiasm will guide you through authentic regional dishes that reflect the beauty, history, and seasonality of this unique corner of Italy.
In this class you will prepare and enjoy:
• Scialatielli with fresh tomatoes and basil – a hand-rolled pasta from Amalfi
• Seabass with potatoes – a simple, flavourful coastal classic
• Homemade limoncello – the iconic lemon liqueur of the region
• Pasticcini al limone – delicate soft lemon-scented pastries
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
