The Art of The Festive Tablescape

You will immerse in the joy of Christmas through the timeless art of floral design.

This is not just a demonstration; it's a hands-on, collaborative experience. The class will begin with a brief introduction to festive floral arrangements, focusing on techniques for incorporating seasonal foliage, berries, and flowers. Each attendee will then be guided to create their own beautiful, take - home Christmas arrangement - perfect for a mantelpiece, sideboard, or small table.

The true magic of the workshop, however, will be the collaborative climax. Once individual creations are complete, we will bring all the arrangements together to form one stunning, unified tablescape. This collective effort will transform the Honesty Cookery School table into a breath - taking display of festive cheer, providing a valuable lesson in scale, harmony, and the impact of a grand design.

Participants will learn the foundational skills of floral design and leave with:

• The ability to create a professional-looking festive arrangement.
• Knowledge of how to select and combine seasonal ingredients.
• An understanding of proportion and composition for tablescapes.

All necessary ingredients and tools will be provided. This includes an abundance of fresh flowers, lush seasonal foliage, fragrant pine, and festive accents like pinecones and dried oranges. All floral scissors, wire, and other tools will be supplied for use during the workshop.

Following a creative craft experience a delicious lunch from Honesty will be served, accompanied by a glass of wine.
