The French Kitchen- Autumnal Feasts

As the nights start drawing gradually in, we naturally begin to look for comforting dishes to get us through the colder months. Following on from the success of our French Bistro class we are looking forward to delighting your palates with another delicious selection of classic French dishes, which will be guaranteed to warm the cockles of your heart! Our chef will guide you through a carefully curated menu of traditional dishes with a modern touch, giving you the confidence to recreate the recipes at home.

You will learn to cook:

• Moules marinière
• Lyonnaise salad, served warm with bacon and croutons
• Poulet Breton, café de Paris butter
• Plum clafoutis, orange crème fraiche

For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
