Indeed Northern Spain has the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants in the world and boasts a huge variety of amazing dishes and local favourites. From pinxtos in the Basque country to pulpo with potatoes in Galicia, this region has something for everyone. Join us as we explore some of the traditional recipes from this iconic region.
