During the class, you will learn how to prepare:
- Tuscan Gnudi (Spinach and ricotta dumpling) with Sage Butter and nutmeg
- Light Parmigiana di Melanzane
- Caponata di Zucca (Sweet & Sour Pumpkin Caponata)
- 2 seasonal dips and pesto
- Pannacotta with limoncello
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
